The purpose of this project is to implement salesforce cloud as a CRM solution for JFK Tech. This will serve as a springboard for improving, strategizing, implementing and delivering data and aid migration from manual to automated processes.
The overarching aim for this Project is to aid the Technology of the company to achieve its vision in implementing sales force cloud to help improve the business process by capturing trainee data when they register online, manage the training schedule and send automated notifications for upcoming training to trainees, trainers and administrators.
